720 was created by people who have spent years in the world of whiskey, hospitality, and craft. 720 is something different. Something quieter.
We wanted to build a room where the conversation could go as long as the evening allowed. Where the whiskey was worth talking about, the cigars were worth savoring, and the atmosphere made you want to stay. Not a bar. Not a restaurant. A lounge in the original sense of the word.
The design is intentional. Dark walls, warm wood, leather, brass fixtures, and dim lighting. A whiskey library that rewards exploration. A humidor stocked with selections you won't find everywhere. A cocktail program that respects the classics.
Membership is limited because the experience depends on it. We are not trying to serve everyone. We are trying to serve the right people — those who appreciate craftsmanship, value genuine conversation, and understand that the best things take time.
